Stamp Project
In this project, I explored the purpose and versatility of typography by showcasing the range of Democratica OT. To demonstrate the typeface's adaptability, I designed a series of postal stamps dedicated to various U.S. states. Each stamp features carefully chosen colors, text, graphics, and images inspired by state symbols and history. Some designs even include hidden codes and glyph-based graphics, capturing the adventurous energy I experienced while working with this typeface.
I’d like to thank the amazing typographer Marie Boulanger for inspiring this project. Her work, “36 Days of Stamps,” can be found on her Instagram.
